Effect Assessment and Optimization Pathway of Micro-bubble Low-density Water-based Well Control Fluid in Kekeya Oilfield Based on Data Mining

According to the application status of micro-bubble low-density water-based well control fluid in Kekeya Oilfield, the goal of this paper is to assess its effect and put forward the optimization path with the help of scientific methods. In this study, historical data are collected and the correlation model between well control fluid performance and drilling effect is established. Subsequently, based on the model guidance, the formula of well control fluid was finely adjusted and the operation process was optimized. At the same time, intelligent technology and environmental additives are introduced to improve the comprehensive performance of well control fluid. The results show that the optimized well control fluid can improve the drilling speed, control the formation pressure to some extent, reduce the risk of wellbore collapse and improve the environmental protection performance. Compared with the control group, all key indicators have been significantly improved. Optimizing micro-bubble low-density water-based well control fluid with the help of data mining (DM) technology can significantly improve the efficiency, safety and environmental protection of drilling operations. The research results provide scientific guidance and practical experience for drilling operations in Kekeya Oilfield and similar oilfields.
