Application and Performance Analysis of Machine Vision Algorithms in Intelligent Manufacturing

With the rapid development of intelligent manufacturing technology, machine vision, as one of the core supporting technologies, has demonstrated a wide range of application value in product quality inspection, production process optimization and safety monitoring. This paper reviews the basic principles and development trends of machine vision algorithms, and analyzes their typical application scenarios in intelligent manufacturing, including product quality inspection, visual navigation in the production process, precision identification in parts assembly and safety monitoring. Machine vision algorithms play an important role in life production, and at the same time, the requirements for the performance of vision algorithms are getting higher and higher, such as the requirements for real-time, high-resolution and other performance requirements, and the requirements for large data volume and high speed make it difficult to meet the requirements of the traditional serial pipeline-based system. The performance of different algorithms is compared in depth from the indexes of accuracy, real-time and robustness, and the main strategy of performance optimization is discussed. Finally, this paper looks forward to the future trend of the deep integration of machine vision technology and intelligent manufacturing, and emphasizes the potential of cross-domain technology synergy and novel algorithms in enhancing intelligent manufacturing.
