Research on the State Monitoring System of Ship Lock Electrical Equipment Based on Internet of Things Technology

In order to avoid sudden leakage of electrical components in marine equipment and improve the safety of electronic transmission in electrical networks, a live detection system for marine electrical equipment based on Internet of Things technology is designed. Using a DC boost circuit as the core electronic output unit, connect electronic filtering components to the PCB detection motherboard according to the actual transmission requirements of electronic flow, and establish the hardware execution environment of the system. On this basis, the A/D acquisition channel is used to process ship electronic data, and the software execution environment of the system is built through the Internet of Things communication protocol connection. Combined with relevant structured equipment components, the design of the live detection system for ship electrical equipment using Internet of Things technology is completed. The comparative experimental results show that compared with conventional charge detection technology, the application of the new charged detection system can carry a extreme value of electronic traffic transmission of 113.8A for marine equipment, effectively avoiding the occurrence of sudden leakage behavior and providing guarantees for enhancing the electronic transmission safety in marine electrical networks.
