Design and Algorithm Optimization of Intelligent and Orderly Power Consumption Control on User Side

This paper discusses the importance and implementation strategy of intelligent and orderly power consumption control design and algorithm optimization on the user side. With the waste of power resources and the intensification of the contradiction between supply and demand caused by unreasonable power consumption behavior and inefficient power consumption management, this paper proposes a multi-level and modular system architecture, including data acquisition layer, data processing layer, optimal scheduling layer and application layer, in order to realize real-time monitoring, analysis and optimal scheduling of power consumption information. By introducing multi-objective genetic algorithm (MOGA) and combining with improvement measures, this paper aims to minimize electricity consumption costs, maximize user satisfaction, reduce carbon emissions and improve energy efficiency. The case study shows that after the implementation of the system in wireless city, the average electricity expenditure of residents has decreased by about 15%, the user satisfaction has increased to over 90%, the carbon emission has decreased by 10.42%, and the energy efficiency ratio has increased by about 5%. These results prove that the user-side intelligent and orderly power control system has great potential in improving the utilization efficiency of power resources and ensuring the quality of life of users.
