Design and Optimization of Agricultural Machinery Autonomous Control System Integrating TRIZ Method and Internet of Things Technology

Aiming at the technical contradiction in the design of autonomous control system of agricultural machinery, such as the balance between improving operation accuracy and reducing system complexity, this paper adopts TRIZ's innovative principles, including "segmentation", "pre-action" and "composite material" to reduce system complexity, improve operation accuracy and system reliability. Through the integration of Internet of Things (IoT) technology, the comprehensive real-time monitoring of farmland environment is realized, and data processing is carried out by using cloud computing and edge computing technology to support intelligent decision-making and job path planning. The experimental results show that the system can significantly improve the yield and quality under different crop planting scenarios and environmental conditions, and it is superior to the traditional operation mode in terms of energy consumption, maintenance cost and labor input, showing good economic benefits and application prospects. The research in this paper provides an effective solution for the intelligentization and automation of agricultural machinery, and promotes the development of agricultural modernization.
