LEGAL REGULATION OF THE PARTICULARITIES OF MEDICAL EXPERTISE CONCERNING THE EMPLOYEES OF THE BODIES OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS OF RUSSIA AND THE CITIZENS REMOVED FROM SERVICE WITH A RIGHT TO PENSIONS

The expert activity in any sphere shall resolve complicated, controversial and conflict issues arising in the legal relations among the subjects of law and establish legally relevant facts which for the one hand give to the citizens the rights for social guarantees and on the other hand generate various sanctions by the public authorities. According to the Federal Service for Surveillance in Healthcare of Russia in 2023 following its inspections in the medical organizations the amount of penalties reached milliards of rubles and the number of the patients’ plaints beat its historic high.
