ПСИХОЛОГО-ПЕДАГОГІЧНИЙ СУПРОВІД У СИСТЕМІ «ТРЕНЕР-СПОРТСМЕН-БАТЬКИ»

Abstract. The relevance of the research topic is due to the influence of the coach's communication style, as well as the attitude of coaches and parents to the educational process of young athletes. These factors determine the motivation, emotional state and sports development of children. Since the issues of interpersonal communication in the "coach-athlete-parent" system remain insufficiently studied, their study is important for increasing the effectiveness of team interaction and sports results. The purpose and methods of the study were to determine the attitude of coaches and parents to the educational process of young athletes in team sports (using the example of football and hockey). 15 coaches and 30 parents of young athletes in team sports (football and hockey) participated in the study. Research methods: Analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature, questionnaires, methods of mathematical statistics. Research results and key. Team sports coaches focus on a cognitive and didactic approach, but do not use psychological training methods enough. Hockey coaches use more frequent pointing out mistakes and encouragement, while football coaches use a wider range of educational techniques, including individual interaction with young athletes. In hockey, cooperation with parents is more important. A high level of parental expectations regarding children's sporting achievements was revealed, which can cause emotional tension in the "child-parent" relationship and requires psychological support. Parents' trust in coaches is higher in hockey players than in football players (p≤0.05). The main motives for choosing extracurricular activities are the parents' desire to see their children happy, healthy and successful. It is necessary to integrate psychological methods into the training of athletes, adapt the coaching approach depending on the type of sport, and expand psychological and pedagogical work with parents, especially in football, to harmonize relations in the "coach-athlete-parent" system.
