Return of Agile Development Values under Controlled Concepts

In response to the problem of low development efficiency due to the formalization of the core concepts of agile development as it is increasingly widely adopted, the four core values of agile development in the information age are reinterpreted from the concept of controlled. Agile development realizes high development efficiency with wide interactive team communication, pursues consistency in consciousness, and uses tools to overcome inconsistency. Agile development promotes high-quality development with perceptible product performance, and manages schedule, quality, and cost based on the actual performance of the software and continuous improvement. Promote high-value development with tightly interconnected co-creation, partnering with customers to discover their true needs and ultimately fulfill them. Pursuing highly adaptive development with short iterative cycles, responding to frequently changing requirements, and keeping software development on the right track to meet the client's real needs. Experimental investigations in small and medium-sized projects with junior developers have demonstrated the inherent superiority of software engineering based on Agile values under control compared to the Waterfall model and Scrum, and have spontaneously generated practices that are Agile in nature. Agile development should return to the essence, focus on customer needs in the concept of thinking, take controlled as the core, and produce software products with consistency of functional requirements, with the purpose of realizing customer value.
