Research on Cross border Compliance Scheme for Automotive Enterprise Data
At present, China's automobile exports maintain a strong growth trend, which inevitably brings about cross-border data security issues for automobile enterprises. Faced with the increasingly severe situation of cross-border data regulation by government departments, how to achieve cross-border data compliance has become one of the key points in the compliance management process of automotive enterprises. This article summarizes the current regulatory requirements for cross-border data in China, and proposes a data cross-border compliance plan that includes three steps: data cross-border identification, compliance path selection, and compliance process implementation, based on the problems faced by enterprises in the implementation of data cross-border. It also provides process implementation methods under different compliance paths. This solution can effectively help automotive companies address cross-border data compliance issues.
