Design and Optimization of Intelligent Manufacturing System in Cigarette Factory

With the advent of the Industry 4.0 era, intelligent manufacturing has become a key force in promoting the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry. As an important part of the traditional manufacturing industry, cigarette factories must improve production efficiency, optimize product quality, and reduce operating costs. This paper carries out a design and optimization study for the cigarette factory intelligent manufacturing system, analyzes the shortcomings of the existing system, puts forward the principles and methods for the design of the overall architecture of the cigarette factory intelligent manufacturing system, including the facility layer, the edge layer, the basic service layer, the platform service layer, and the display interaction, and describes in detail the technological implementation and functional modules of each layer. In addition, this paper proposes system optimization strategies and methods for meeting the actual needs of cigarette factories. Through the implementation of these strategies, it aims to achieve the optimization goals of improving production efficiency, enhancing product quality, reducing production costs, and enhancing market competitiveness. Finally, through practical application, it is verified that the optimized intelligent manufacturing system can effectively improve production efficiency and quality level.
