Optimization of Logistics Network Node Layout in the Express Delivery Industry Based on the AHP-Dimensional Analysis Quantification Model
With the continuous development of technologies such as big data, cloud computing, and the Internet of Things, logistics network nodes in the express delivery industry will evolve towards digitization and intelligence. This paper selects 11 prefecture-level cities and one county-level city in Zhejiang Province as candidate logistics nodes. Utilizing the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Dimensional Analysis method to quantify the standard model, it first employs Dimensional Analysis to calculate quantitative importance factors for express volume, distribution, and highway mileage. Subsequently, it combines the AHP method to quantify qualitative factors, determining the weights of primary and secondary indicators through expert scoring and judgment matrices, and integrating these to obtain qualitative importance factors for the nodes. Finally, the weighted average method is used to integrate both quantitative and qualitative factors to classify the nodes into different levels. The research reveals that Hangzhou is a first-level network node and should establish a large-scale integrated logistics park while strengthening inter-regional cooperation. Yiwu, Ningbo, Jiaxing, Wenzhou, Taizhou, Shaoxing, and Jinhua (excluding Yiwu) are second-level network nodes and should enhance their flexibility and response speed while optimizing resource allocation. Huzhou, Lishui, Quzhou, and Zhoushan are third-level network nodes and should improve distribution efficiency and service quality to meet personalized demands.
