Ecological construction strategy and environmental optimization of Saihan Dam based on entropy power method and cluster analysis

China carries out the development concept of “green water and green mountains are green mountains and silver mountains”, therefore, this paper utilizes and establishes the entropy weight method and the cluster analysis model to explore the environmental impact of the restoration of the Sehampa Dam in depth. By determining the weights of environmental indicators through the entropy weighting method and constructing a comprehensive evaluation model, we find that the indicators of forest accumulation, carbon dioxide absorption, oxygen release and so on have obvious improvement, which is a strong proof of its positive effect on the local environment; by using the cluster analysis model and taking into account the factors of carbon emission, we determine the location and scale of the construction of the ecological zones of the Asia-Pacific region such as the domestic and Pakistani regions, and predict the good effect of the restoration on the carbon neutrality and absorption of the carbon. The study shows that the Sehampa model has a good effect on carbon neutralization and carbon sequestration. The study shows that the Sehamba model has an important popularization value, provides a scientific basis for regional ecological construction, and is of great significance in promoting the improvement of the global ecological environment
