Research on Multidimensional Model and Algorithm for Risk Analysis of Engineering Project Contract
With the increasing complexity of engineering projects, contract risk analysis has become a key link to ensure the smooth implementation of projects. Aiming at the needs of engineering project contract risk analysis, this paper proposes a research method combining a multidimensional model with an improved genetic algorithm. First, a comprehensive model covering three dimensions of risk identification, assessment and response is constructed, which comprehensively considers factors such as contract terms, external environment and internal management. The model transforms complex contract risks into operational decision-making basis through quantitative analysis, providing theoretical support for systematic risk management. Secondly, in view of the problems of slow convergence speed, insufficient precision and poor stability of traditional genetic algorithms in dealing with contract risk optimization problems, this paper proposes an improved genetic algorithm. The algorithm introduces adaptive crossover mutation rate and multi-objective optimization strategy, which can dynamically adjust parameters according to the iterative process, thereby effectively improving the global search ability and convergence speed of the algorithm. Experimental simulation results show that under the same number of iterations, the risk optimization results of the improved algorithm are improved by 15%, and the convergence stability is improved by 20%, which is significantly better than the traditional genetic algorithm. Through theoretical analysis and experimental verification, the method proposed in this paper not only realizes the precision of risk analysis, but also provides a scientific and efficient tool for engineering project contract risk management. This study not only enriches the theoretical system of contract risk analysis, but also provides strong support for risk management of actual engineering projects, and has important theoretical and practical significance.
