Operation and Management Design of Sportswear Enterprises Based on Time Series Analysis
Sportswear enterprises are facing various challenges, such as high market fluctuation, seasonal demand pattern and complex supply and demand dynamics, among which the effective management of upstream and downstream business has great influence on sustainable development. In this study, time series analysis is used to evaluate suppliers, and an optimized operation management strategy is put forward. Specifically, we employ moving average technology with ARCH model to predict the order quantity, and at the same time develop a comprehensive supplier evaluation system through characteristic scoring indicators. This method supports supplier selection and supply forecast of the system. The empirical verification using Tianchi laboratory data set shows the actual implementation, which provides operational insights for improving the operational efficiency and strategic decision-making of sportswear enterprises. The proposed framework provides a measurable standard for supply chain optimization, while maintaining its adaptability to market fluctuations.
