APROVEITAMENTO DE RESÍDUOS SÓLIDOS DO CAROÇO DE AÇAÍ NA AGROINDÚSTRIA

The objective of this work is to demonstrate the alternatives for the use of açaí seeds in the agroindustry. It was carried out through extensive bibliographic research, containing an introduction, bibliographic review, final considerations, conclusion and references. It was identified through this research that the açaí seed can become an important raw material in the manufacture of various materials and in the execution of essential services such as energy production. When the açaí seed is not discarded into the environment and used appropriately, it reduces ecological and social problems and can be used for everything from animal feed to organic fertilizers, furniture and construction materials manufacturing and even energy generation, especially if we take into account that even today, in the Amazon region, there are communities with difficult access to this service.
