Đánh giá kết quả can thiệp phục hồi chức năng sớm cho người bệnh sau phẫu thuật thay khớp gối toàn phần tại Bệnh viện E
Early rehabilitation following total knee arthroplasty is an effective intervention that optimizes postoperative outcomes and enhances quality of life. Understanding the clinical characteristics and rehabilitation results in patients after surgery provides a comprehensive perspective on treatment and disease prognosis. This article aims to assess the outcomes of early rehabilitation interventions for patients who have undergone total knee replacement. Using a rehabilitative intervention research method, we compared results before and after treatment in 35 patients who underwent total knee arthroplasty at E Hospital from July 2024 to March 2025. The study revealed an average age of 64.8 ± 7.6 years, with the oldest patient being 88. The majority of surgical cases were due to osteoarthritis and osteoporosis (82.85%), with a history of hypertension present in 37.4% of patients. Post-intervention results showed improvements in knee joint range of motion, pain levels (VAS), and the KOOS index (including symptoms, pain, activities of daily living, recreational sports, and quality of life), with statistically significant differences (p < 0.05). From these findings, we can conclude that early rehabilitation after total knee arthroplasty leads to significant improvements over time, with a trend towards stable and sustainable recovery in mobility and quality of life.
