The article examines the current socio-economic situation and development prospects of the regions using the example of Naryn region, and the presence of regional imbalance in the regions of the republic is formed on the basis of objective and subjective conditions. Increased development rates and balanced development of regions directly affect the socio-economic situation of the economy and the population of the republic as a whole.
