Broadband Enhancement of Third Harmonic Generation Based on the Strong Coupling Between all‐dielectric Metasurfaces and Epsilon‐Near‐Zero Modes (Advanced Optical Materials 19/2025)
Ultrabroadband Nonlinear Metasurfaces In article 2500084, Hui-Hsin Hsiao and co-workers investigate the interplay between Mie resonances, quasi-bound states in the continuum, and epsilon-near-zero (ENZ) modes in a hybrid system composed of all-dielectric metasurfaces atop an ultrathin ITO film. The strong coupling of hybridized Mie-ENZ modes dominates the nonlinear enhancement with an ultrabroadband third-harmonic generation spanning the 1230–1600 nm wavelength range.
