The impact of exercise therapy on rehabilitation outcomes after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction: a network meta-analysis
WR shows superior efficacy in restoring quadriceps and hamstring strength, whereas WBVT has limited benefits for knee joint recovery. Given the variability in evidence quality, clinicians should interpret these findings with caution and prioritize WR as the optimal intervention for recovery following ACL reconstruction. Further high-quality trials are needed to strengthen these conclusions.
