Exploring accelerating scenarios of higher dimensional flat FRW model universe with imperfect fluid in Lyra manifold
Abstract This study presents an in-depth exploration of the dynamics of a five-dimensional Friedmann-Robertson-Walker (FRW) space-time within the context of Lyra’s manifold, taking into account the presence of an imperfect fluid. The methodology employed involves the use of the hybrid scale factor of the Universe. A stringent constraint on the model parameters is derived through a detailed analysis of a dataset consisting of 31 observational data points related to the Hubble parameter, H(z), covering the redshift range of 0.07 ≤ z ≤ 2.36. A noteworthy outcome of the analysis is the identification of a significant shift in the deceleration parameter, q, transition from positive to negative values. This key discovery provides strong evidence of a cosmological evolution that transitions from deceleration to acceleration over the observed timeline. Moreover, we can conclude that the Lyra manifold itself contributes to dark energy, consistent with the recent studies of the Universe. Additionally, some cosmological parameters have been obtained about the nature of the derived model universe. This comprehensive study significantly enhances the ongoing dialogue on cosmological dynamics, offering crucial insights into our present comprehension of the Universe’s accelerating expansion.
