Analytical Method for Node-Precise Airgap Reluctance Calculation in Magnetic Equivalent Circuits and Alternative Winding Distribution Approach for Concentrated Windings
This paper introduces two methodologies used for the design of electric drives. The first method focuses on determining winding distribution for concentrated windings by using a flux-based approach. The second method analytically calculates node-accurate cross-sectional areas to determine rotor-position-dependent air-gap reluctances within the scope of magnetic equivalent circuits. Both approaches are computationally efficient, requiring minimal code and straightforward operations, making them well-suited for rapid implementation with low resource consumption.
