Study and experimental validation of optimal parameters for algae control by a biphasic annular array of a high-frequency electric field

In previous studies, electric field intensity, frequency and treatment time are three important parameters of algae control. This paper considers the impact of the three parameters on algae together, taking into account the impact of the combined action of the three parameters on algae. In this paper, the optimal electric field parameters were 954 V / m , 520 kHz , and 9.6 h . The optimal electric field parameters were obtained by combining a two-phase annular high-frequency electric field for algae control experiments with a neural network genetic algorithm. The root mean square error of the neural network was controlled within 4.79%, and the R-values were 0.989, 0.97029, 0.98826 and 0.98597, which indicated that the model fit was relatively accurate. The response surface curve was also used to experimentally analyze and verify the reliability of the optimal parameters, and a quadratic polynomial regression equation was obtained. On the single factor, treatment time had the greatest degree of influence on algae control, followed by field strength and frequency.
