Changes in the Technological Process of Equipment Condition Monitoring with the Implementation of Acoustic Recognition System

The implementation of acoustic recognition systems in monitoring of the condition of autonomously operating equipment opens new opportunities for enhancing the efficiency of technological processes. This paper examines the changes occurring in the monitoring process during the transition to acoustic control methods. The advantages of this approach, such as early fault detection, cost reduction in diagnostics, and minimization of downtime, are analyzed. Technical and organizational aspects of integrating acoustic monitoring into existing production systems are discussed.
