Advanced Application of Acoustic Spectroscopy in New Energy Vehicle Battery Safety Assessment
The aim of this study is to explore the application of acoustic spectroscopy technology in the safety assessment of new energy vehicle batteries and to realize the innovative improvement of the technical level. By integrating photoacoustic spectroscopy and ultrasonic imaging technologies, this study successfully developed a high-precision, fast and nondestructive battery inspection system. A series of experimental results show that the system can effectively identify gas composition changes and structural defects inside the battery, thus realizing timely detection and continuous monitoring of problems. The application of this technology significantly improves the accuracy and sensitivity of battery safety assessment. The research results provide a solid technical guarantee for the stable operation and safety management of new energy vehicle batteries.
