Research on Real-Time Monitoring and Localization of Power Equipment Using Improved DV-Hop Algorithm
With the gradual application of computer information technology in the industrial field, wireless sensor technology is widely used in real-time monitoring and localization of power equipment due to its advantages such as low energy consumption and high flexibility. To tackle the currently adopted challenge of low accuracy of methods for monitoring and localization of power equipment. The study takes power poles as the object, and combines the aspens whisker search algorithm with the distance vector hopping algorithm to construct an improved Distance Vector-Hop (DVHop) algorithm. And based on this algorithm, the monitoring and localization system of electric power pole based on improved DV-Hop is established. The performance of the improved distance vector hop count algorithm is compared and analyzed with other algorithms, and the outcomes indicate that the average localization error and localization coverage of this algorithm are 0.229 and 0.987, respectively, which are better than the comparison algorithm. Subsequently, in the application effect analysis, the monitoring and positioning system was compared and analyzed with other systems, and the results showed that the latitude and longitude errors of this system at the four points were <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$0.00038,0.00019,0.00036$</tex>, 0.00013, respectively, which were significantly better than the comparison system. The above results show that the algorithm and system proposed in the study, which are effective and practical, can improve the accuracy of monitoring and localization of electric power equipment, and can serve as a foundational theory for monitoring and localization of electric power equipment.
