A New Color Image Encryption Based On Hyperchaotic System

A novel color image encryption algorithm based on new four-dimensional hyperchaotic system is proposed in this paper, which involves diffusion and permutation.in diffusion process, we obtain a matrix of the 3D image using RGB, and then scramble and diffuse it separately. The diffusion process generates sequences as key values for the proposed chaotic system, which has a simple structure and complex nonlinear dynamic characteristics. The diffusion method adopts opposite diffusion, which not only reduces the computational complexity but also makes the diffusion effect more uniform. The scrambling process involves multiplying the Arnold matrix with pixels and performing modulo operations. This algorithm solves the problem of key and plaintext independence, enhancing the algorithm's ability to resist selective plaintext attacks.
