Design of Smart Home Control System

This paper details the design of an intelligent home control system centered around a single-chip microcomputer. The system integrates WiFi wireless communication technology and sensor control technology to enhance the intelligence of home automation. Security is ensured through fingerprint recognition technology in the access control system. Within the home, infrared detection technology is employed for lighting control, while a motor drive module combined with a light detection module intelligently manages the opening and closing of curtains. A temperature and humidity detection module facilitates automated watering of indoor plants when necessary. Furthermore, the system activates ventilation fans in response to abnormal indoor air quality. A voice module enables remote control of the home environment via a mobile app. The implementation of this system is expected to improve residential comfort.
