ISSUES OF PRODUCTION OF VEGETABLE AND MELON CROPS IN THE COUNTRIES OF THE EURASIAN ECONOMIC UNION

This article discusses the production of vegetables and melons in the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union as of 2018 to 2023. In writing the article, an analysis was made of the level of production of vegetables and fruits in the world and in the Eurasian Economic Union. In recent years, the consumption and production of crop production has been rapidly increasing in many countries of the world. This issue comes to the fore as the basis of economic and social development, since if the population is healthy, then this is the main indicator of the living standard of the people of the country. Rather than building additional hospitals and other medical institutions, it is cheaper to pursue a policy of consumption of healthy crop products by the population. Therefore, local farmers and farmers need to create appropriate conditions for the production and supply of inexpensive and useful crop products on the markets. It is necessary to pursue a policy of consuming more healthy plant products.
