Electric installation security system and preventive safety measures analysis

The article considers modern method of analysis of the system’s “man - electric installation – environment” dangerous conditions. The main method of the electric installation’s security system creation is implementation of electric protection preventive measures, organizational measures to avoid emergency situations and elimination of their consequences. Requirements to the electric installation security system are set. They are reliability, durability, structure diversity, different kinds of security: combined, multi stage, independent. It is pointed out, that technological danger is resulted from the “man - electric installation – environment” system’s components interaction, where electric installation is the source of common nuisance, a man is “a victim” if he is affected by electric power, environment is the source of detrimental effect on human health and security. Main conceptual issues of electric installation security are indicated. Prophylactic groups of preventive security measures are determined. They include decrease of quantity of threat events, causing accident, fire, electric trauma, as well as decrease of damage from situations of danger, operational stability of the electric installation on site.
