Trachyspermum ammi Extracts in Oral Health Care: An Update

Abstract Trachyspermum ammi is a plant belonging to the Apiaceae family widely used in traditional medicines. It is commonly known as Ajwan and is widely distributed in India. There are many researches carried out assessing the medicinal properties of this plant. The present review summarises the recent updates of research on this plant which has a role in oral health care.
