The Integration of the Eurasian Scientific Community and the Trilingual Education Policy
This theoretical article explores the concept of the Eurasian Union as initially proposed by former President Nursultan Nazarbayev. Once an abstract idea, it has evolved into a powerful force, shaping the collective consciousness of the peoples of Eurasia and offering a compelling model for integration aligned with the realities of the modern era. The article emphasises that the integration of Eurasian nations should not be confined to economic coordination alone but must also serve as a peaceful and constructive alternative to conflict and division. In this context, scholars are called upon to engage deeply with the processes of Eurasian integration, approaching the subject with the philosophical imperative to "Know yourself". The article traces the origins, evolution, and institutionalisation of Eurasianism as a significant ideological, political, and socio-economic movement of our time. A key example of this integrative approach can be seen in Kazakhstan's trilingual education policy, which promotes national unity, cultural preservation, and global connectivity by embedding Kazakh, Russian, and English into the educational system.
