Implementasi BIM 5D pada Re-Design Gedung Dekanat Fakultas Pertanian Peternakan Universitas Diponegoro

Indonesia's geographical condition is in the Ring of Fire area, which has a fairly high earthquake potential. In line with the population density in Indonesia and according to seismicity. The right system to use for this area is to use the Special Moment Resisting Frame System (SRPMK). It is planned to recalculate the FPP Undip Dean's Building by implementing BIM 5D integration. Starting from the 2D modeling stage with Autocad, structural analysis with SAP2000, 3D modeling with Revit, the scheduling process using Microsoft Project, and 5D integration with Navisworks. The load review carried out includes dead load, live load, wind load, rain load, and earthquake load using SNI 1727:2020 and PPIUG 1983. Reference provisions for calculating reinforced concrete structures use SNI 2847:2013 and 2847:2019, and earthquake-resistant building structures use SNI 1726:2019. The re-planning of the Dean Building of the Faculty of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry, Diponegoro University with BIM 5D provides a final output plan in the form of project visualization which includes 3D design results, scheduling, and budget design. This activity is expected to increase the efficiency of building project construction.
