TRANSFORMATION OF COMPETITIVENESS, VALUE CHAINS, AND LOGISTICAL CONTROLLING IN UKRAINIAN AGRIBUSINESS DURING THE WAR
The article explores the fundamental transformation of Ukraine’s agro-industrial complex amid the full-scale war. The authors examine how the full-scale invasion by the Russian Federation has acted as a catalyst for a radical shift in the international competitiveness model of the sector. Based on empirical data from 2022–2024, it is proven that the destruction of traditional logistics routes and infrastructure forced Ukrainian agribusiness to transition from a raw-material export model to a strategy of value creation through advanced processing. The authors argue that this process was accompanied by the implementation of logistical controlling principles as a key tool of crisis management, enabling optimization of material flows, cost control, and flexible strategic decision-making in conditions of extreme uncertainty.
