Research and Development of Uzbek Legal Terms

This article discusses the origins and the role of Uzbek legal terminology in the development of the language. It explores the contributions and significance of the research carried out by linguists and legal scholars in the study of legal terms. The paper examines the stages of development of Uzbek legal terminology and reviews various scholarly perspectives. Furthermore, it analyzes the challenges involved in aligning Uzbek legal terms with international standards and highlights the advantages of increasing the share of Uzbek legal terminology in the national legislative system.
