Control Method for Flight Simulator Control Loading System Based on Adaptive Sliding Mode Observer Algorithm

To address issues such as large overshoot and poor robustness in existing flight simulator controllers when dealing with strongly coupled nonlinear systems subject to multiple disturbances and parameter perturbations, this paper proposes a control method for flight simulator control rod force based on an adaptive sliding mode observer. The design of the adaptive sliding mode observer ensures robust performance under complex conditions such as strong coupling, disturbances, and parameter perturbations, avoiding performance degradation caused by system uncertainties in traditional methods. Additionally, the introduction of an adaptive back-electromotive-force (back-EMF) compensation method significantly improves the control accuracy of the servo motor, enabling better tracking of targets, particularly under high-dynamic control demands.
