Intelligent Airspace Management: 5G-A Enabled Adaptive Generation of Low-Altitude Virtual Corridors
The exponential growth of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) coupled with emerging air mobility paradigms has created pressing challenges for low-altitude airspace management. This paper presents a novel approach to dynamic virtual corridor generation by leveraging the advanced capabilities of 5G-A networks. The proposed intelligent algorithm integrates constraint optimization with deep reinforcement learning, enabling dynamic responses to real-time environmental changes and airspace demands. The system architecture utilizes 5G-A's high bandwidth, low latency, and edge computing to achieve rapid multi-source data fusion and optimal corridor configuration. Simulations show a 30% improvement in airspace utilization, a 40% reduction in conflict resolution time, and a 50% decrease in latency. The results underscore the system's robust performance under varying traffic densities and weather conditions, contributing to the development of next-generation airspace management systems for smarter cities and beyond.
