An Interconnection Technology Framework of Privacy Computing Heterogeneous Platforms for Telecommunications Operators
As data becomes a key factor of production, privacy computing technology is increasingly valued for its ability to protect data privacy while promoting data circulation. In response to the challenges faced by the privacy computing industry and the issues encountered by telecommunications operators in collaborative computing practices, as well as the future development trends of the data element market, this paper proposes an innovative interconnection technology framework for heterogeneous privacy computing platforms. The framework aims to address the increased human resource costs, hardware costs, and security risks associated with the deployment of multiple privacy computing platforms by operators during the interconnection process. It provides a new technical approach based on blockchain for trusted interconnection and interoperability within the privacy computing industry.
