Autonomous Networks Based Network Intelligence Assessment and Upgrade
As communication networks and services evolve, the demands on network performance, user experience, and business models are becoming increasingly stringent. In this context, self-intelligent networks, which integrate automation and intelligence at their core, are essential for enhancing the quality and efficiency of network operations, while also driving the digital and intelligent transformation of various industries. this paper provides a comprehensive examination of the strategies for implementing self-intelligent networks, covering key aspects such as the industrial development of self-intelligent networks, system architecture and implementation approaches, methods for assessing network intelligence, and innovative case studies showcasing advancements in network intelligence. In this paper, we places particular emphasis on the methodologies for evaluating network intelligence, which are critical for enhancing the intelligence and automation of operators' networks.
