The Role of Organizational Learning Capability on Business Innovation Performance: A Bibliometric Analysis
Research on organizational learning and innovation has grown significantly. However, a deeper understanding of this field’s evolution and current trends remains essential. This study seeks to provide a comprehensive analysis by systematically reviewing the global literature. The review encompasses 189,646 studies sourced from credible publications indexed in quartile one (Q1) and quartile two (Q2) quartiles of three prominent scholarly publishers: Elsevier, Emerald, and Taylor & Francis, spanning the past 24 years. Focusing on the keyword "Organizational Learning Capability", this study refines the scope to the most recent five- year period, selecting 30 relevant articles for detailed analysis. The research employs the Publish or Perish tool to examine productivity and trends, while VOSviewer is used to visualize the relationships between key concepts in the field. The findings offer critical insights into knowledge development in organizational learning and its link to business innovation performance, highlighting emerging trends and addressing pivotal research gaps in this domain. Combining these two approaches makes it possible to identify collaborations between researchers and comprehensively assess the impact of the research.
