Improvement of Industrial Supply Chain with the Application of AI
Organized shopping is a new tendency among younger generations. Global changes are due to rising family income, female engagement, joint-to-nuclear family unit shift, and technology improvements. Other factors affecting supply chain networks included decreased costs, higher sales, rising customer expectations, altering market structure, and more competition. Strategy, operations, and the environment impact organisational non-livestock supply chain performance. AI enables superior optimization, enhancing capacity planning, productivity, quality, cost reduction, and output while promoting safer working conditions. These gains are made attainable by using AI in the supply chain. To determine how artificial intelligence (AI) has improved supply chain management, this research reviews previous research. This project aims to explore current and potential AI solutions to enhance Supply Chain Management research and practice. A scientific gap in artificial intelligence for supply chain management was addressed by this action. There are gaps in the current work that need to be filled by more science studies. To be clear, four topics were covered: supply chain management AI approaches, possible methods, AI-benefited subfields, and subfields with significant room for advancement. There must be clear guidelines for what to include and exclude when evaluating papers from the fields of manufacturing, marketing, transportation, and supply chain management. Through careful analysis and combination, this study gives us new ideas. A deeper knowledge of these characteristics enhances non-livestock supply chain procedures and provides a competitive edge. This study focuses on testing supply chain velocity, customer retention, integration, and management. The proposed study uses the Enhanced Feed Forward Net with Particle Swarm Optimisation to assess supply chain performance. Competing advantages include inventory management, customer satisfaction, profitability, as well as client base identification. Factors influencing organisational performance consist of satisfaction with stakeholders, innovation, learning, performance in the market, customer happiness, and financial success. The suggested study achieved an overall performance measure of 94.13%, with accuracy, specificity, and sensitivity rates of 94.13%, 92.16%, and 89.15%, correspondingly. This study may aid industrial managers in optimising supply chain performance using AI.
