A brief account of the ANFIS tools and optimization approaches explored during the manufacturing of biodiesel

Optimisation is the process of making something as functional or effective as feasible. To maximise yield, quality, and efficiency while lowering costs and environmental effects, biodiesel manufacturing methods must be optimised. Selecting the best feedstock, refining separation and purification techniques, applying process automation and control, and optimising transesterification parameters. A group of computer methods known as "soft computing" draw inspiration from biological systems and human reasoning. Soft computing tools are distinguished from traditional computing approaches by their capacity to manage imprecision, ambiguity, and partial truth. Over the last few years, biodiesel has become an increasingly popular and sustainable energy source. While biodiesel offers numerous benefits over traditional fuels, numerous technological problems must be resolved in the course of production. This study explores the use of soft computing tools and optimisation strategies in the biodiesel production industry. It shows how these approaches can be used to optimise and enhance various aspects of the biodiesel manufacturing process. Through the utilization of soft computing tools additionally optimisation techniques, the study seeks to clarify how these tools and techniques contribute to increased yield, improved process efficiency, safe product quality, and easier decision-making at every stage of the biodiesel production cycle.
