Effect of Knowledge Management and Information Technology skills in service supply chain
The focus of the research is to increase our observation of how knowledge management (KM) and IT prowess affect service supply chain (SSC) procedures in the hospitality industry. This research assessed the structural links between IT competency, KM, and SSC using tourism organizations as a case study. The theories are tested utilizing structural equation modeling. Empirical evidence for the presence of correlations between various dimensions was presented through research on 500 hotels in Iran. The investigation showed a strong correlation between IT proficiency and knowledge management. Moreover, it has been discovered that IT and KM proficiency have a direct impact on SSC processes. This research contributed to academic studies on SSC in the context of the hospitality business by unraveling the process that interacts between IT competency, knowledge management, and SSC.
