The article deals with modern innovative technologies in medicine and their impact on the quality of diagnostics and treatment. As part of the research, a survey was conducted among medical professionals as well as patients, the results of which showed a high level of interest in the digitalisation of healthcare. The practical value of the work consists in the development of recommendations for improving innovation processes in medical organisations. On the basis of statistical analysis, the key obstacles to the introduction of new technologies are identified, measures to eliminate them are proposed, and promising directions for further development are considered.
