Synergistic radical generation and electron transfer mechanisms in oxygen-deficient Co3O4: bridging defect concentration and catalytic efficiency in PMS-based AOPs
A two-step pyrolysis procedure was carried out to precisely control the oxygen vacancy content in ZIF-67-derived Co3O4 nanocubes. Higher concentrations of oxygen vacancies can significantly enhance the electron transfer ability of the material, thereby promoting the generation of ROS and enhancing the degradation of tetracycline (TC).
