Publisher's Note
Under Professor Bogousslavsky' s guidance, European Neurology has maintained its clinical focus and emphasis in patient care. His editorial vision has ensured that the journal remains a vital resource for renowned international scientists, clinicians, and early career researchers, covering a broad spectrum of topics in the broad field of neurology.European Neurology has a secular and rich history dating back to 1897 when it was founded as Monatsschrift fr Psychiatrie und Neurologie by Carl Wernicke and Theodor Ziehen.Initially published in German, the journal has evolved significantly over the years. In 1957, it was renamed Psychiatria et Neurologia to reflect its broader international scope, publishing in multiple languages.By 1968, the journal had split into two independent publications, Psychopathology and European Neurology, with European Neurology focusing exclusively on neurology and publishing in English to serve a global audience [2].During Professor Bogousslavsky's tenure, the Journal has successfully transitioned into the digital era and published manuscripts from all parts of the world.Under his leadership the journal maintained it's excellence in scientific publishing and is today very successful among the international neurology research community, seeking to be updated on advances in neurological diagnostics, surgical treatments and therapies. As we bid farewell to Professor Bogousslavsky, we are pleased to welcome Professors Laurent Tatu and Cristina Granziera as the new co-editors-in-chief.Professor Tatu, from the University of Franche-Comt, and Professor Granziera, from the University of Basel, bring a wealth of expertise and a fresh perspective to the journal. Both have worked closely
