Thermal Conductivity And Viscosity Effects On Mhd-Free Convective Flow Of Micropolar Fluid Over A Porous Inclined Plate With Viscous And Joule Dissipation
The microfluids theory is comprehensible as a complex theory against the case of constitutively linear theory and the corresponding mathematical manipulations are not easily responsive to the solution of non-trivial problems in this field. One of the subclasses of these fluids is micropolar fluid that exhibits micro-rotational effects and micro-rotational inertia. Here, a micropolar fluid over a porous inclined plate with viscous dissipation and Joule heating is considered on which effects of variable thermal conductivity and viscosity are examined.Using similarity transformations, the governing PDEs of motion are transformed into ODEs, which are then numerically solved for certain boundary conditions using the fourth-order Runge-Kutta shooting technique.Plotting graphs display the results for the temperature, velocity, and microrotation profiles, and values for the Nusselt number and coefficient of skin friction are tabulated for various values of various parameters. In this study, it has been obtained that viscosity parameter increases the fluid's temperature and micro-rotation while decreases its velocity. There is no change noticed in micro-rotation with variations in thermal conductivity, but the temperature decreases.
