A case of angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia successfully treated with dupilumab

Angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia (ALHE) is a benign vasoproliferative condition of unclear aetiology. Management of AHLE is challenging because of a lack of effective treatment and a high tendency for recurrence. We present a case of ALHE with concomitant atopic dermatitis that was successfully treated with dupilumab.
