[Lipid hypersensitivity pneumonitis: a case report].
Hypersensitivity pneumonitis is an interstitial lung disease caused by the immune-mediated mechanism after susceptible individuals are exposed to environmental allergens, and lipid hypersensitivity pneumonitis is rare. In this paper, we report the clinical data of a 48-year-old female patient who was diagnosed with lipid hypersensitivity pneumonitis by long-term chronic inhalation of butter cooking smoke combined with a comprehensive combination of exposure history, clinical, imaging and pathology.
