ROLE OF GAMING TECHNOLOGIES IN INCREASING LEARNING MOTIVATION

The article examines the impact of gamification on the educational process, analyzes key game mechanics and their role in increasing students' motivation. The study is based on a theoretical analysis of foreign and Russian scientific papers, as well as on the results of a survey of 144 students and 48 teachers of the Chechen State Pedagogical University. Barriers for teachers are identified, including a lack of teaching materials and the need to adapt game methods to various educational disciplines. Recommendations are offered for the implementation of gamification in the educational process, taking into account the psychological aspects of motivation and individual characteristics of students.
