Preconditions for the formation of financial policy in ensuring post-war recovery of Ukraine's economy
The object of the study is the preconditions for shaping financial policy aimed at ensuring macro-financial stability and post-war recovery in Ukraine. The subject of the study includes the sources, mechanisms, and institutional foundations of financial support for reconstruction processes within the context of global partnerships. The purpose of the research is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the challenges and prospects for forming Ukraine’s financial policy in the context of global political and macroeconomic transformations and the urgent need for post-war recovery; and to substantiate proposals for optimizing the financial model based on diversification of funding sources. To achieve this goal, methods of systems analysis, comparative research, statistical analysis, and generalization were used. The key results of the study include the systematization of the scale of financial needs for reconstruction, analysis of the role of international partners, and justification of the need to diversify funding sources through a combination of international aid, private investment, domestic resources, and innovative financial instruments. The scientific novelty lies in the comprehensive study of mechanisms for coordinating global partnerships to systematize approaches to shaping Ukraine’s financial policy in the post-war economic recovery context. The practical significance is determined by the possibility of using the results to optimize existing approaches to the attraction and management of international financial aid to enhance the effectiveness of Ukraine’s financial policy implementation.
